This hotel was a great find in the Kennebunkport area. It offered good value for money with reasonable prices and included breakfast. The location on the hill overlooking Gooch's beach was absolutely stunning, and being within walking distance of St. Ann's church was very convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the rooms with a view were well-maintained and comfortable.

Spent Christmas in a charming hotel in Southern Maine. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the complimentary glass of wine during check-in. The hotel was located near a gorgeous private beach with stunning views. The room was comfortable with modern amenities and free breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start off the day. Also enjoyed taking a dip in the pool, even during the winter season.

The room did not have air conditioning and it got a bit stuffy at times. Additionally, the main building lacked TVs, which made evenings a bit dull.

Excellent stay

We had a great time during our trip thanks to the amazing hotel we chose. The location was perfect and allowed us to easily explore the city and nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from our window. The friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We also loved the complimentary breakfast and the free Wi-Fi offered throughout the hotel. All in all, an excellent experience.
